The welcome meeting for all exchange students at the Faculty of Education will be held on Friday, February 10th 2023 at 12:00. The meeting is currently scheduled to take place in person at the Faculty of Education (address: Kardeljeva ploščad 16, 1000 Ljubljana) in room 048 (first room on the right when entering the faculty); should the epidemiological situation worsen by then, the meeting will be held at the same time but moved online (you will be notified of this in due time).
Please know that while this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you attend it (unless you are already on exchange here in the first semester) as you will receive detailed information regarding your exchange which will not be repeated later. Your presence at the faculty is also a condition for the activation of your enrolment, which means that those who do not attend it will have to come to our international office upon their arrival to Ljubljana (does not apply to students who are already on exchange here in the first semester.)
